Your first goal as a new user of ArborGold Cloud will be understanding how and when to ask for help.

Cloud Class 1 Outline:
More importantly you’ll also learn how to help yourself, and begin the process of assigning areas of key responsibility in using the ArborGold system to the employees of your business. This class will focus primarily on how to access our numerous online help resources, and how to request help from a support representative should you ever need to. You’ll learn how to create a ZenDesk account, which can be used to access our help ticket system and Community Forum, and you’ll also be introduced to our Blog and online knowledge base.
