ARBORGOLD CORPORATION PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes Arborgold’s (“Arborgold”, “we” or “us”) practices regarding how we treat your personal information collected on our website, or that we otherwise receive, including information related to your past use of our site and services, including but not limited to the collection, use and disclosure of the information we collect from and about you when you use Arborgold’s website or learning management system.
This policy covers “Personal information” which is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number, and your IP address.
By accessing or using our website or learning management system, you agree to our terms and conditions of use, including all of our policies. Further, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and that you agree that we can receive, store and use “Personal Information” as provided in our terms and conditions, and as provided here and in our Cookie Policy.
The Information We Collect
We do not require visitors to supply personally identifiable information when accessing public areas of the site. When you browse the website, you do so anonymously, unless you have submitted an online registration form and selected a password. Registered users are able to edit and update information designated by Arborgold as user modifiable. You may still visit our website without providing us with personal information by not registering and logging in, but you may not have access to all areas of the
site or all services. You are always given the opportunity to unsubscribe to our emails. We may send you informational emails from time to time to notify you of your rights or obligations if we determine that it is necessary to do so.
How we use the Information

On occasion, we may share personally identifiable information with an authorized Arborgold solution provider.

We strive to utilize a secure environment for credit card transactions. Once a transaction has cleared your credit card information is not stored by us.

Mobile Apps
When you use our mobile apps, we collect and use information about you in the same way and for the same purposes as we do when you use our website, and we may collect information about Mobile App functionality that you access and use, and the device’s unique device identifier. When you use a mobile app, you can choose to allow access to your current location through settings on your device. If you choose to allow access, this location data may be collected anonymously as part of search requests logged by our servers. You can switch off the Mobile App’s access to your location at any time through your phone settings menu. We also may receive error reports to improve the app, which may include information about the mobile device type and version, and the phone id that we use to investigate the error. You can control the information provided to Arborgold through your device’s settings and controls, or you can remove the app entirely to end all access.
Your Choices
You may request at any time that the personally identifiable information you provide on a registration page not be used for direct email marketing purposes by Arborgold.
To make this request you may contact Arborgold at [email protected] and we will remove your email address from our email distributions.
Additionally, at the bottom of each marketing email Arborgold sends we provide a link to opt-out of the email list. By clicking on this link you will be guided through the automated process that will remove your email address from being included future mailings.

Arborgold’s web sites may contain “links” to other non-Arborgold web sites. It is also possible that non-Arborgold web sites may link into Arborgold web sites. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by those non-Arborgold web sites.
